Job Description

As a hands on AI Engineer in the Internal Automation team, you will build AI powered tools and automated workflows to supercharge efficiency across finance, compliance, and product departments. You will own the end to end lifecycle of integrations and LLM based solutions, shipping high impact software that eliminates manual friction and provides immediate value to colleagues.

What you will do
  • Build and maintain knowledge base pipelines and connectors for systems like Slack, Snowflake, and Jira to power internal AI tooling.
  • Create templates, guardrails, and building blocks that enable non engineers to safely build their own AI powered data sources and workflows.
  • Partner with the PM and Engineering Lead to identify high leverage automation opportunities and iterate quickly based on adoption metrics.
The ideal candidate
  • 4+ years of software engineering experience with strong full stack proficiency in Python or TypeScript and containerised deployments via Kubernetes.
  • Proven track record of shipping commercial AI tooling and a deep comfort level with LLMs, embeddings, and modern AI application patterns.
  • A self starter mindset motivated by tangible impact, with the ability to design, build, and monitor solutions from the ground up.
