About the Role

You will provide person-centred support to individuals with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, or health conditions across different care settings.

Shift Patterns

This role may include a mix of:

  • Day shifts
  • Late shifts
  • Sleep-in shifts
  • Waking night shifts
  • Every other weekend working

Flexibility is essential to meet the needs of the service.

  • Assisting with personal care, daily living tasks, and health needs
  • Promoting independence, choice, and dignity
  • Supporting individuals to access the community and achieve personal goals
  • Following care plans, risk assessments, and clinical guidance
