Pipe Fitter / Mechanical Site Engineer
Location: Tottenham (with nationwide travel)
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per year (Weekly pay)

About the Role:

A well-established and market-leading engineering company specialising in the design, manufacture, installation and servicing of pumping and mechanical equipment is seeking a motivated Pipe Fitter / Mechanical Site Operative to join its external site team.

This is a dynamic, fast-paced role working alongside an Electrical Site Engineer to install, commission, service and repair pumps and associated mechanical equipment across the UK.
Key Responsibilities

• Attend nationwide installations and breakdown callouts as required
• Service, repair and assemble pumps and pumping equipment
• Install and commission mechanical systems on client sites
• Complete detailed site reports following each visit and obtain client sign-off
• Maintain van stock, tools and equipment in good working order
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and Health & Safety policies
• Act as a professional ambassador for the business at all times

Person Specification
Knowledge & Experience:

• Experience in a similar mechanical or maintenance role
• Industry knowledge (pumps experience desirable)

Qualifications & Training:

• Mechanical qualification (essential)
• CSCS card (essential)
• Confined Space training
• First Aid
• SSSTS

( Training can be provided if not currently held.)
