Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee electrical installations, inspections, and testing across the UK.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you will ensure all work is delivered safely, on time, within budget, and fully compliant with BS7671. You will support Project Managers, lead teams of electricians, and maintain high standards of quality and customer service throughout each project.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers with planning and allocating resources

• Manage daily schedules for Electrical Installers

• Produce material take-offs from designs and arrange procurement

• Ensure all installations comply with BS7671 regulations

• Review and challenge site-specific RAMS and Programmes of Work

• Conduct Health & Safety audits and deliver Toolbox Talks

• Prepare, review, and sign off NICEIC (or equivalent) certification

• Assist with compiling project handover documentation

• Carry out any additional duties aligned with the role

Requirements

Essential:

• Proven experience supervising electrical teams

• Commercial or industrial installation experience

• C&G Level 3 Electrotechnical Qualification

• C&G BS7671: 18th Edition

• C&G 2391 (Inspection & Testing) or equivalent

• Strong leadership and decision-making skills

• Full UK driving licence

• JIB/CSCS Card

• Excellent communication skills

Desirable:

• SSSTS

• AP Low Voltage

• Experience with EV charging systems
