IT Service Desk Analyst
Location: Epsom
Working Hours: Shift work between 7am - 6pm, with 1 in 4/5 weekends

We're looking for a skilled IT Service Desk Analyst to join a busy support team in a well-established financial services company. You'll provide 1st and 2nd line support, occasionally 3rd line, to internal teams and partners.
Strong communication and a customer focused approach are key in the role / team, as you'll be helping colleagues of varying technical experience resolve issues efficiently and confidently.
