Job Title: FLT Driver
Location: Scunthorpe, DN15

Shift Pattern: 12-hour Rotating Shifts (Days & Nights)
Pay Rate: 12.21 per hour + 2.50 per hour shift allowance for completed 12hr shift ( 14.81/hour)
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced, fully licensed FLT (Forklift Truck) Driver for a prominent manufacturing site in Scunthorpe (DN15). The role operates on 12-hour rotating shifts, providing a competitive pay structure, including an enhanced shift allowance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safe operation of counterbalance or reach FLT (must hold valid, in-date license)
- Moving and stacking materials within the production and warehouse environment
- Loading/unloading vehicles and deliveries
- Supporting production by ensuring materials are available as needed
- Adhering to all health & safety procedures on site
- Completing relevant paperwork and stock checks as required
Requirements:
- Valid, in-date FLT license (counterbalance or reach truck)
- Previous experience within a manufacturing/industrial environment preferred
- Flexible to work a rota covering days and nights (12-hour shifts)
- Reliable, with strong attention to detail and a positive attitude
Pay & Benefits:
- Base pay 12.21/hour
- Additional shift allowance 2.50/hour for full 12hr shifts ( 14.81/hour)
