What You'll Do:
Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats in the insurance landscape.
Collaborate with cross functional teams to develop and implement strategic initiatives focused on growth and efficiency.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
Assist in the development of business cases to evaluate the feasibility of new technology products and market entry strategies.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the impact of strategic initiatives and make adjustments as necessary.
Engage with clients and stakeholders to gather valuable insights and feedback for strategic planning.
Requirements3+ years of experience in strategy consulting or a similar analytical role, preferably within the insurance sector.
In depth understanding of insurance products, market dynamics, and industry trends.
Preference for candidates with experience in pricing and underwriting within the insurance industry.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
Highly organized, detail oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
