Join the Personal Wellbeing Service as part of the CRS Probation system and make a tangible difference to the lives of adult male prison leavers and individuals on community orders.
This is a full-time (35 hours per week) position working across the Bedfordshire region as part of a multi-disciplinary team. As Team Leader, you ll guide practitioners delivering tailored interventions across Family & Significant Others, Lifestyle & Associates, Emotional Wellbeing, and Social Inclusion, helping people build safer, more stable futures.
Leadership, quality and collaboration sit at the heart of this role, alongside clear accountability for performance, governance and service excellence.

All probation-based roles are subject to enhanced DBS checks and HMPPS security vetting. These checks can take up to 6- 16 weeks to complete. Any offer of employment will be conditional upon the successful completion of both checks.
