Our client, a leading and highly regarded Southwest law firm, is seeking a Private Client Solicitor (2+ PQE) to join their busy and well-established team based on the outskirts of Yeovil.
This is an expansion role, reflecting continued growth and strong client demand. The successful candidate will join a respected Private Client department known for its high-quality work and supportive team culture.
The Role:You will manage a varied caseload of private client matters, including:
- Wills and estate planning
- Probate and estate administration
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Trusts
- Inheritance Tax planning
You will work closely with experienced colleagues while also handling your own matters independently, maintaining the firm's high standards of client care.
The Ideal Candidate:- Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years PQE in Private Client
- Strong technical knowledge across core private client areas
- Confident managing files with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- STEP qualification (or working towards) desirable but not essential
