Salary; 12.21 per hour

Shift Pattern; 5.45am-2.00pm AND 1.45pm-10.00pm Monday to Friday

Location; Finedon, Northamptonshire

Our client, an injection moulding company based in Finedon, is looking to recruit a number of production operatives for their site working on a rotational shift pattern Monday-Friday.

The Production Operative Role;

• Machine Operating
• Wrapping and packing finished products
• Quality checking goods to customer specification
• Inspecting materials for defects
• Encourage a culture of continuous improvement
• Assisting in other departments where necessary

The Production Operative Candidate;

• Experience working with machinery
• Have a flexible approach to work
• Able to work accurately and comfortable working to detail
• Ability to work on own initiative and within a team
• Willing to undertake training as required
• Own transport due to remote location and no public transport available
