Site Manager - Barnet
Salary 60k - 65k + package
A busy developer is looking to appoint a Site Manager for a 420-unit new-build RC frame scheme in Barnet.
This is a great opportunity to join a major project with a well-established business that has multiple schemes secured across London and a clear focus on internal progression and long-term development.
Ideal for a Site Manager with experience on RC frame residential projects who is looking for stability, strong project exposure, and genuine career progression.
Duties:
Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time and to programme
Manage Site Managers, subcontractors and trades across multiple work fronts
Drive health & safety standards and ensure full site compliance
Monitor quality, programme and productivity across the build
Coordinate with the Project Manager, commercial and technical teams
Lead progress meetings and manage short-term programming
Requirements:
Proven experience delivering large-scale residential schemes
Strong background in RC frame construction
Experience managing multiple phases or large unit numbers
SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid
Strong leadership and organisational skills
