As an Area Manager, you will have overall responsibility for several restaurants in London. You will be responsible for the teams in those sites and the overall performance , you will work closely with other senior managers and Support Office teams. Reporting to the Head of Operations and the role will be 100% field based.

Key Responsibilities and requirements:

• 2 Years minimum multi-site management experience within the casual dinning sector and be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and personal skills
• Ability to deliver all financial KPIs.
• Ability to ensure compliance with Health and Safety Food standards and Licensing Laws
• Maintaining and increasing standards of guest service and interaction
• Maintaining and increasing food quality standards
• Driving team performance
• Ability to maintain strategic succession and retention plans.
• A strong commercial acumen of the business and surrounding areas
• Able to display a hands-on approach and when needed.
