We're looking for a Technical Product Manager in our platform team to drive our platform-as-a-product strategy, with a special focus on reliability, resilience, observability and developer experience initiatives. Partnering closely with engineers, you will define how our platform scales for millions of customers, design customer features and build backlogs to deliver a high-performance stack in production. By taking a platform-as-a-product approach, you will put application teams at the heart of your platform vision and build a strategy that enables global product launches. Above all, you know how to prioritise the most important features based on business value and customer needs.
This is a role for someone who thrives in the detail of platform engineering while also engaging a range of technical and non-technical stakeholders across the business. You will own the platform value proposition, KPIs and roadmap in partnership with engineering. We're looking for someone with a passion for infrastructure platform product management who isn't afraid to get hands-on and be the glue between multiple teams across platform, applications, data/AI, security and operations. Ideally you will have informed opinions on platform architecture, paths to achieve scale and what makes a strong developer experience, alongside a track record of driving key activities such as quarterly planning and OKRs.
