Job Description: You will join a fast-paced team building a category-defining AI platform for the venture capital industry. This hands on role involves owning large parts of the stack end-to-end, from building RAG pipelines and orchestrating multiple LLMs to designing sophisticated UIs. You will tackle complex document processing challenges and ship production ready features for global investment firms.

What you will do:
- Design and ship full stack features using TypeScript, Node.js, and React while maintaining enterprise grade security for sensitive legal documents.
- Integrate and optimize RAG pipelines and LLM orchestrations using OpenAI, Anthropic, and Gemini to automate complex document analysis.
- Build scalable backend services and intuitive frontends that handle thousands of real world investment documents and high stakes data extraction.
The ideal candidate:
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with a deep mastery of TypeScript, Node.js, and modern React patterns.
- Proven track record of shipping LLM powered applications in production, including experience with prompt engineering and evaluation frameworks.
- Product minded engineer who thrives in early stage chaos and prioritizes shipping high quality, secure code over consensus.
