About Us

We representing a growing manufacturing company that specialises in high-quality rotationally moulded plastic products across multiple industries. Due to continued expansion, we are seeking a Rotational Moulder to join their production team.

The Role

As a Rotational Moulder, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining rotational moulding machines to produce high-quality plastic products in line with production schedules and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate rotational moulding machinery

• Load raw materials into moulds and monitor heating/cooling cycles

• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards

• Trim, finish, and assemble moulded products as required

• Perform routine machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting

• Maintain accurate production records

• Follow health and safety procedures at all times

Requirements

• Previous experience in rotational moulding-desirable not essential

• Good understanding of plastics manufacturing processes

• Ability to read and follow technical instructions

• Strong attention to detail and quality control

• Physically fit and able to work in a manufacturing environment

• Team player with a strong work ethic

Desirable Skills

• Forklift licence

• Experience with different polymers (e.g., polyethylene)

• Mechanical aptitude
