• Define product vision and translate strategic objectives into actionable solutions that improve business outcomes.
• Lead the end to end product lifecycle, including discovery, design, implementation, and continuous optimization.
• Serve as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clarity, alignment, and timely delivery.
• Analyze existing business processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement automation or new solutions.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, business analysts, and other departments to achieve measurable outcomes.
• Independently manage niche projects or specific product stages, ensuring high quality results and alignment with overall goals.

• 5+ years of experience as a Product or Project Manager in fast paced, digital, or tech driven environments.
• Proven ability to lead cross functional teams and deliver measurable business impact.
• Deep understanding of modern product management practices, process optimization, and digital transformation.
• Strong analytical and data informed decision making skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders across multiple levels.
• Experience building no code/low code prototypes or tools to validate product hypotheses.
• Highly organized, self driven, and comfortable working remotely across time zones.
• Prior business analysis experience is a plus.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
