Do you have at least six months' work experience in horticulture, but want to learn more, develop team leader supervisor skills and achieve a qualification? Our Level 3 apprenticeship at RHS Garden Rosemoor is the perfect way to advance your career in horticulture.
Please note we are offering the horticulture not the landscape option for the apprenticeship.
Responsibilities
- Carry out practical work, in all weathers and across the seasons
- Will work across all our garden teams. RHS Garden Rosemoor includes Estates, Edibles & Nursery, Decorative Ornamental and Woody Ornamental
- Learn how to use appropriate techniques, tools and machinery, to cultivate, establish and care for our plant collections all year round
- Work safely and garden sustainably
- Gain horticultural team leader supervisory skills
- Learn how to adapt to change and different environments, conditions and technologies
