Technical Expertise - Recognised apprenticeship or HNC in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent). Systems Knowledge - Comfortable working with SAP and maintenance systems to ensure smooth operations. Problem-Solving & Process Improvement - Structured approach to identifying issues and driving efficiency. Industry Experience - Ideally FMCG or high-speed manufacturing, with strong understanding of asset care systems and compliance standards. Multiskilled Approach - Electrical core with a willingness to broaden skills and embrace further development.
