Currently looking for a Proffessional passionate Restaurant Manager that would love to grow with the business and push it forward in a busy town location. The Role The role would involve working within a small team of 10- 15 staff in total. Services are Wednesday - Sunday - a half day on a Sunday and Double Shifts Thursday - Saturday. You would have a guarentee of Monday and Tuesday off every week. The restaurant has around 150 covers on average a week. the food is all freshly prepared on site and ideally you would have knowledge working from a relatable quality fresh food background. Requirements As Restaurant Manager you should be skilled manager looking to help drive forward a restaurant with excellent reputation in the local area. Further skills Required: A good communicator Able to run service, train and orgainise a young enthusiastic team and liase with the kitchen as required as the front face of the business Good all-round knowledge needed.
