Liverpool Street Corporate Office Temporary position

Global real estate company based in Liverpool Street requires a highly efficient Receptionist. This is a full-time temporary position, working within a professional, fast paced head office environment.

The Role:

You will act as the first point of contact for all visitors and callers, delivering a professional and welcoming front-of-house experience. Confidence and the ability to manage varying workloads is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meeting and greeting visitors
  • Managing a busy switchboard and directing calls appropriately
  • Taking accurate messages and following up where needed
  • Managing meeting room bookings and coordinating special requests
  • Arranging refreshments for meetings and events
  • Keeping meeting rooms clean, tidy and presentable
  • Handling incoming and outgoing post and courier deliveries
  • Booking taxis via company accounts
  • Ensuring reception and communal areas remain professional and well-presented
  • Supporting with ad-hoc admin tasks during quieter periods

What They re Looking For:

  • Previous corporate reception or front-of-house experience
  • Switchboard experience
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Confident using Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Well-presented with excellent communication skills
  • Calm under pressure and able to manage changing demands
  • Strong customer service mindset
