Global real estate company based in Liverpool Street requires a highly efficient Receptionist. This is a full-time temporary position, working within a professional, fast paced head office environment.
The Role:
You will act as the first point of contact for all visitors and callers, delivering a professional and welcoming front-of-house experience. Confidence and the ability to manage varying workloads is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meeting and greeting visitors
- Managing a busy switchboard and directing calls appropriately
- Taking accurate messages and following up where needed
- Managing meeting room bookings and coordinating special requests
- Arranging refreshments for meetings and events
- Keeping meeting rooms clean, tidy and presentable
- Handling incoming and outgoing post and courier deliveries
- Booking taxis via company accounts
- Ensuring reception and communal areas remain professional and well-presented
- Supporting with ad-hoc admin tasks during quieter periods
What They re Looking For:
- Previous corporate reception or front-of-house experience
- Switchboard experience
- Strong administrative skills
- Confident using Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
- Professional telephone manner
- Well-presented with excellent communication skills
- Calm under pressure and able to manage changing demands
- Strong customer service mindset
