Job Description

We re recruiting an experienced Warranty Administrator to join a busy team in Pontypridd. Warranty experience is essential due to the audit and compliance nature of the role. You ll be responsible for accurately processing engineering job sheets, cost codes, and parts to support warranty submissions and invoicing.

Key Duties

  • Processing and costing engineer job sheets
  • Inputting labour, work codes, and parts costs onto internal systems
  • Preparing proforma invoices and warranty documentation
  • Ensuring records are accurate and audit-ready
  • Chasing purchase order numbers
  • Resolving discrepancies with engineers and internal teams
  • Supporting warranty audits when required

Essential Experience

  • Previous Warranty Administrator experience (essential)
  • Strong understanding of warranty processes and audit requirements
  • Experience with invoicing, purchase orders, or engineering timesheets
  • Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Confident communicator with strong IT skills (Word, Outlook, Excel)

Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm
