Were working with a well-established business based at their head office in Brighouse who are looking to bring in an organised and reliable Administrator to support their busy service team.
This is a varied, hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys being at the heart of an office and keeping things running smoothly.
What youll be doing:
Handling incoming calls and managing email enquiries
Coordinating meetings, travel and engineer diaries
Updating reports (mainly using Excel)
Supporting with basic invoicing, expenses and timesheets
Creating service reports with strong attention to detail
General office support including ordering supplies and admin tasks
Welcoming visitors and managing small deliveries
Whats on offer:
Salary up to £28,000 depending on experience
25 days holiday + bank holidays
Early finish every Friday (2:30pm)

Working hours:
Monday to Thursday 8.30am 5pm
Friday 8.30am 2.30pm with a 30-minute lunch break.
Skills Required
Strong IT Skills. Experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, & Outlook), ERP Systems and client portals.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to confidently communicate at all levels.
Ability to manage, prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
A minimum of 3 years experience in an administration role.
