Family Support Practitioner
Salary: £25,000 per annum
Location: Thetford, Norfolk
Contract/Hours: Temporary 12-month fixed term contract, 37 hours per week with some evenings and weekends to meet the needs of the service.

A bit about the roleAs a Family Support Practitioner, you will work with children and their families to help overcome challenges, improve wellbeing and build stronger, safer home environments. You will deliver parenting programmes, behaviour strategies, emotional wellbeing support and practical help within the home.
About the serviceNorfolk's Early Childhood and Family Service provides targeted support to families with children aged 0-5 years. The service offers a range of early childhood services for parents, prospective parents, and young children in areas including bonding, speech and language development, parenting challenges, mental well-being, and healthy relationships.
