We have an exciting opportunity for a Paralegal - Private Client based in Milton Keynes for one of our clients on a Full time permanent basis.
Summary of the Paralegal - Private Client role
Salary: Competitive
Location: Milton Keynes
Type of Contract: Permanent
Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-5.30pm 100% office based
Disclaimer: This role is purely suited for a career paralegal and does not offer a training contract or progression into a Legal Fee Earner/ Solicitor role.
Responsibilities of the Paralegal Private Client
- Opening of files and take initial instructions from clients
- Assist with client cases from initial opening through to completion under supervision
- Liaise with clients
- Receiving and issuing correspondence
- Time recording and working in accordance with task list and diary reminders
- Travelling to attend outside appointments when necessary
Requirements for a successful Paralegal Private Client
- Experience working in the legal sector ideally in private client
- Case management skills and experience of drafting legal documents
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
- Flexible and team worker
- Attention to detail
