Logistics Warehouse Operative

Location: Round Spinney NN3, Northampton
Contract: Temp to Perm
Hours: Monday to Thursday 06:00 - 14:00, Friday 06:00 - 13:00
All breaks are paid

Barker Ross is recruiting for a Logistics Warehouse Operative to work in the Logistics department for our client based in Round Spinney, Northampton. This is an ongoing temporary role with the potential for permanent employment and opportunities for upskilling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect full boxes of car parts from workstations and deliver them to designated areas

  • Bring empty boxes back to the workstations for reuse

  • Support production teams to ensure smooth workflow

  • Assist with other basic warehouse tasks as needed

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proactive and reliable

  • Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

  • Good physical fitness for moving boxes

  • Punctual and dependable
