A leading costs consultancy firm is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Law Costs Draftsman to join their team, specializing in cradle to grave matters. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate who is looking to embark on a long-term career within the legal costs sector.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting in the preparation of bills of costs.
• Drafting schedules of costs and preparing points of dispute and replies
• Gaining an understanding of relevant case law and statutory provisions
• Liaising with clients, solicitors, and other legal professionals
• Providing administrative support to senior costs draftsmen as needed

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• A recent degree, ideally in law or a related field
• A strong desire to pursue a career in costs law.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Good communication and organizational abilities
• A proactive approach and a willingness to learn
