The Role: Making a Splash

Your daily "to-do" list will include:

• Being the Hero for Customer Service: When a query gets too technical for the front-line team, you'll step in to provide the "Aha!" moment and resolve the issue.
• Holding Suppliers to Account: You'll manage warranty claims and quality disputes, ensuring our suppliers deliver the excellence we promise.
• Product Gatekeeping: Working alongside our Product Team, you'll be the one "approving the plumb." You'll inspect samples, suggest improvements, and ensure our range is leak-proof and top-tier.
• Driving Innovation: You won't just spot problems; you'll suggest the fixes. Your feedback will directly influence the evolution of our product catalogue.
