Factory Team Leader

Evolve Personnel are currently recruiting for a Factory Team Leader for our Manufacturing client in the Lye area. This role will be supporting the Factory Supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of production staff to meet daily targets and quality standards.
• Coordinate workflow and allocate tasks effectively to optimise productivity.
• General operative duties, cutting steel, assembly, use of hand and power tools
• Forklift driving

A valid FLT Counterbalance licence is required for this position.

Requirements:

• Experience working in a manufacturing environment
• Experience using hand / power / air tools
• Assembly experience
• Physically fit and able to lift
• Previous experience leading a team

Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:00am - 4:30pm / Friday 4:00pm finish.

Overtime available to suit business needs.
