The Opportunity We are currently recruiting for a Grounds Maintenance Team Leader Southampton role working 48 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 6.00am to 4.00pm. The pay rate is 13.50 to 15.50 per hour , equating to an annual salary of 33,696 to 38,688 , depending on experience. This is a mobile role covering commercial sites including business parks and shopping centres across the Southampton area. You will lead daily site operations, ensure work is completed safely and to a high standard, and support operatives in delivering consistent quality. This role is ideal for an experienced grounds operative ready to step into a leadership position, or an existing team leader seeking stability and clear structure.
