Job Title: Manufacturing Team Leader Salary: £40,900 Contract: Full time & permanent Location : Stockton, Country Durham The Opportunity As a Manufacturing Team Leader , you'll play a key role in driving a safe, high performing operation where your team delivers quality fabricated products on time. You'll lead daily activity, support your people and champion continuous improvement to keep performance moving forward. What You Will Do: As Manufacturing Team Leader , your accountabilities will include, but are not limited to: Lead by example in safety, promoting a Stop to Fix culture and using Speak Up, Listen Up to maintain a proactive, Safety Driven environment. Monitor Health & Safety, People, Quality, Velocity and Cost metrics in line with CPS standards. Lead and support Rapid Improvement Workshops (RIWs) to drive continuous improvement and reduce waste. Run daily start of shift meetings and resolve safety, quality, staffing and production issues quickly. Communicate clearly across departments to maintain smooth and aligned operations. Plan proactively for upcoming staffing, quality, safety and production needs. Coach, motivate and develop your team, maintaining an accurate skills matrix. NB.
