Job Role: Head of IT Transformation & Strategy, Data Centre Services

Role Summary: We are seeking a Senior IT Leader to drive the end-to-end IT transformation of a newly independent data centre services organization. This critical role encompasses establishing a new, independent technology ecosystem, advising on strategic direction, and fortifying our cyber defences.
Key Responsibilities
- ERP & Digital Foundation: Lead the design and implementation of a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, leveraging Microsoft 365 to establish a modern and integrated digital foundation.
- System Separation & Independence: Spearhead the complex separation of IT systems and infrastructure from a former parent company, ensuring a seamless transition, data integrity, and operational independence.
- Strategic Technology Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor to the new leadership team, developing and articulating mid-to-long-term technology strategies that align with business objectives and drive innovation.
- Cybersecurity Leadership: Establish and maintain a robust cybersecurity framework, safeguarding the company's assets, data, and operations against evolving cyber threats.
