As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for providing one-to-one and small group support to students with a range of SEMH needs, such as anxiety, depression, and behavioural challenges. Alongside your core duties, you will have the opportunity to participate in team meetings, contribute to the development of IEPs (Individual Education Plans), and liaise with parents/carers to foster a collaborative approach to student support.
