Recruitment Resourcer with good telephone skills. Office based near Garforth. Basic to £30K+ commission. OTE £36k.

THE ROLE - Recruitment Resourcer

Your objective is to fill the vacancies obtained by our recruiters through the following tasks:

  • Conducting structured marketing campaigns and research to map talent pools and add them to our database.
  • Identifying and sourcing candidates through our own substantial database, job boards, LinkedIn and referrals.
  • Coordinating with other resourcing team members including those overseas to meet clients' priorities.
  • Contacting and screening applicants via phone & email.
  • Arranging interviews and assisting the recruiter through the full recruitment process.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
  • You need to have empathy and be confident speaking to people over the phone.
  • Ideally you will have demonstrated your people skills in sales or outbound telephone sales.
  • You will need an investigative mindset in your search for candidates.
  • You should be hard working, persuasive and resilient.
  • Good written, telephone and verbal communication skills in English.
  • IT literate and comfortable using databases on a day to day basis.
