THE ROLE - Recruitment Resourcer
Your objective is to fill the vacancies obtained by our recruiters through the following tasks:
- Conducting structured marketing campaigns and research to map talent pools and add them to our database.
- Identifying and sourcing candidates through our own substantial database, job boards, LinkedIn and referrals.
- Coordinating with other resourcing team members including those overseas to meet clients' priorities.
- Contacting and screening applicants via phone & email.
- Arranging interviews and assisting the recruiter through the full recruitment process.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- You need to have empathy and be confident speaking to people over the phone.
- Ideally you will have demonstrated your people skills in sales or outbound telephone sales.
- You will need an investigative mindset in your search for candidates.
- You should be hard working, persuasive and resilient.
- Good written, telephone and verbal communication skills in English.
- IT literate and comfortable using databases on a day to day basis.
