What you'll be doing
As Services & Utilities Maintenance Leader, you will:
- Lead and develop a team delivering both preventative and reactive maintenance
- Ensure equipment remains operational, efficient and compliant
- Prioritise maintenance activities to minimise downtime
- Manage multi-vendor suppliers and ensure effective stores inventory control
- Provide engineering expertise across specialist areas such as effluent plant, engineering stores, process and filling equipment
- Deliver all people-management responsibilities for your shift team
What you'll bring
We're looking for someone who is technically skilled, calm under pressure, and passionate about leading others. You'll need:
- Strong experience maintaining Process and Service systems in a GMP/food manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of health & safety legislation, PSSR, LOLER and compliance systems
- A track record of leading, coaching and developing teams
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- A proactive, driven approach with high integrity and adaptability
