This is a strategic leadership role with real influence. As the divisional subject matter expert for case management governance and BABICM competencies, you will provide professional oversight of quality and risk, ensure regulatory and best practice compliance, and deliver clear strategic reporting to the Managing Director and Senior Management Team.
Working closely with the Operations Director, you will lead the development of robust governance frameworks, enhance professional supervision and audit processes, and embed a culture of continuous improvement across case management and non-regulated care packages.

What you will be doing:
- Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of governance frameworks for case management services
- Develop and oversee audit processes, including quality reviews and case file audits, to ensure compliance and best practice
- Identify themes, risks, and learning from audits, complaints, incidents, and feedback, and implement appropriate actions
- Alongside the Clinical Leads ensure professional oversight of complex and high-risk client care and nonregulated packages, ensuring care is person-centred, outcome focused, and delivered safely
- Offer expert advice and guidance on complex case management issues, ensuring robust documentation, sound decision-making, and defensible practice
- Work with the Clinical Lead to ensure all case managers receive supervision in line with organisational policy and professional standards, supporting their development through coaching, reflective practice, and training
- Act as a senior point of contact for Case Management governance related queries
- Ensure safeguarding concerns are identified, escalated, and managed appropriately
What you will have:
- Registered Health or social care professional or significant experience in Case Management
- Substantial experience in case management preferably with complex care of catastrophic injury
- Strong working knowledge or BABICM standards and competencies
- Qualification in quality management, governance or risk management desirable
- Evidence of continued professional development (CPD)
- In depth knowledge of CQC regulations, UK healthcare standards, and clinical best practices
- Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to influence and drive change
- Strong track record of managing audits, regulatory compliance, and risk management processes
- Experience in implementing quality improvement initiatives and achieving measurable outcomes
