Contract: Fixed term contract - 12 months maternity cover
Location: Birmingham / Hybrid - two days per week working from our Birmingham office.
This is an exciting opportunity to use your Fitness to Practise (FtP) expertise and management skills to play a pivotal role in protecting patient safety and maintaining public confidence in dental services.
Reporting to the Head of Case Examiners within FtP, as a Team Manager of Case Examiners, you will line manage a team of highly experienced Case Examiners, whilst always ensuring the independence of their FtP case decisions.
You will provide day to day support, performance management and support with quality assurance of work, whilst ensuring independent, fair, robust, and timely decision-making from your team members. You will also support with FtP improvement projects, as required in relation to the Case Examiners.
