We re looking for a dynamic Deputy Manager to support the General Manager in leading a fast-paced, high-energy restaurant. If you re passionate about great food, exceptional service, and developing strong teams this is your opportunity to step up and shine.
The Role You ll be at the heart of the operation driving service standards, motivating the team, and ensuring every guest enjoys an outstanding dining experience. From stock control and cost management to training and team development, you ll play a key role in delivering performance and profitability.
What We re Looking For

• Experience as a Deputy or Assistant Manager in a busy restaurant
• Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach
• Commercial awareness and stock control experience
• Passion for hospitality and Pan-Asian cuisine
• Positive, proactive, team-focused mindset
