Fully remote (candidate must be based in the UK)

My client is looking for an ambitious & people-focused Private Client Director to help grow their client base. In this role, you'll speak with high-net-worth prospects using warm leads we provide, qualify their needs, & set up face-to meeting. You'll meet with prospective clients to build relationships, understand their goals, & ultimately bring new clients & assets to the firm.

This is an entrepreneurial, sales focused position where your success comes from building trust & confidently closing business in person.

You won't be doing this alone their dedicated portfolio management & client service teams handle on boarding & ongoing client care, so you can concentrate on what you do best: selling & growing relationships. You'll report directly to the Managing Director & play a key role in the continued growth plans.

Qualifications and Experience
  • A proven track record of individual sales success with stock market investors
  • RDR Level 4 qualification
  • At least 5 year's experience selling to high-net-worth individuals
  • Clear, measurable success in closing new investor business
  • A driven, goal oriented mindset where success is something you actively pursue
  • Confidence to take calculated risks & learn from every outcome
  • Strong closing skills with documented sales achievements
  • A positive, resilient attitude that treats challenges as opportunities
  • High energy, persistence, & comfort with a fast paced sales environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills & the ability to connect with a wide range of people
  • A strong sense of ethics & professionalism
