Key Responsibilities
- Supervising and managing ground investigation projects on site
- Logging soil and rock in accordance with current standards
- Preparing factual and interpretative geotechnical reports
- Conducting geotechnical analysis and foundation recommendations
- Liaising with clients, contractors, and internal teams
- Ensuring health and safety procedures are followed on site
- Assisting in project management and delivery
Requirements
- Degree in Geology, Geotechnical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related discipline
- Experience within a ground investigation or geotechnical consultancy (preferred)
- Knowledge of soil and rock logging and geotechnical reporting
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
