CONVEYANCER - HOME BASED Your Next Big Move Starts Here Become a Residential Conveyancer with Simplify! Salary: £30,000-£45,000 basic, with a bonus of between £8,000 and £18,000 Location: Home-based (UK) or hybrid from our offices in Manchester, Leicester, Leeds, Southport, Northampton, and St Ives (Cambridgeshire) Hours: Full time Contract Type : Permanent Your Role as a Conveyancer As an experienced Residential Conveyancer, you ll manage a varied caseload and deliver outstanding service across freehold, leasehold, shared ownership, new build, and other technical transactions. You ll be supported by specialist teams and innovative technology every step of the way. This senior role involves managing complex conveyancing matters, supporting junior colleagues, and contributing to the efficiency and growth of the department while delivering high standards of client service. This role suits a solicitor with post-qualification experience who is confident handling residential property matters and supporting junior team members while delivering a high standard of client service.
