Work is both in the workshop and on government sites, including prisons and other secure buildings. This role is subject to an Enhanced DBS check. We are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from all suitably qualified candidates. What You ll Do: Fabricate and weld security grilles, steel doors, gates, canopies, handrails, balustrades, staircases, platforms, and sheet metal components. Work from technical drawings, assembling and finishing fabricated items to a high standard. Driving to site in the company van. Assist with fitting and installation on site (some general building experience useful). Requirements: Proven fabrication and welding experience (MIG essential, TIG an advantage) Skilled in marking out, cutting, and assembling steel, stainless steel, and aluminium Ability to read drawings and follow specifications Full UK driving licence.
