About the role
This role is term time working 37 hours X 42 weeks.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, compassionate, and energised Assistant Team Leader to support the delivery of the King s Trust Team Programme. This is a practical, people-focused role supporting young people who are returning to education after significant barriers or disadvantage.
As Assistant Team Leader, you will work closely with the Team Leader to run three Team cohorts each academic year, helping to deliver a high quality, trauma informed programme that builds skills, resilience, and ambition.

What we can offer you
As the successful candidate, you will be offered a salary of between £26,916 - £29,225 per annum (this will be pro-rata'd to reflect the weeks worked) based upon a combination of the skills, knowledge and experience that you can bring to the role.
