HGV Technician
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: £40,000 - £53,161.77 per year (DOE) + Overtime + Benefits
We are currently recruiting for an experienced HGV Technician to join a well-established and busy workshop in Oxford . This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled technician looking for stability, strong earning potential, and a supportive working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Servicing, maintenance, and repair of HGVs and trailers
Diagnosing faults using modern diagnostic equipment
Carrying out inspections, MOT preparation, and defect rectification
Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
Maintaining accurate service and repair records
Requirements:
NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
Previous experience working as an HGV Technician
Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
Full UK driving licence (HGV licence desirable but not essential)
Reliable, hardworking, and safety-focused
