We are excited to be partnering with a key manufacturing business and are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join the team!

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our engineering team. This role involves the mechanical and electrical assembly of high-precision machines. You will work closely with a team of experienced engineers, fitters, and wiremen to build complete systems from component level to finished product.

• Assemble mechanical and electrical components for precision machines.
• Perform bench fitting and mechanical assembly tasks.
• Make minor adjustments to components using lathes, milling machines, and surface grinders.
• Assemble pneumatic systems and interpret pneumatic schematics.
• Conduct fault finding across electrical and mechanical systems.
• Read and work from detailed engineering drawings and general assembly schematics.
• Carry out electrical panel wiring and interpret electrical/electronic diagrams.

• Minimum Level 3 Engineering qualification or time-served equivalent.
• HNC qualification desirable.
• Proven experience in mechanical/electrical fitting within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
