We are recruiting for a Registered Manager to lead a brand new Childrens Residential Home supporting young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). This is a rare opportunity to build a service from the ground up in a beautifully presented, homely environment designed to provide stability and positive outcomes for young people.

The Role:
Register with Ofsted as Registered Manager
Recruit, lead, and develop a committed staff team
Establish a nurturing, structured, and therapeutic culture
Ensure compliance with Ofsted and Childrens Homes Regulations
Oversee safeguarding and care planning
Drive high standards, quality assurance, and positive Ofsted outcomes
Take full ownership of the homes development and success
About You:
Current Registered Manager or experienced Deputy Manager ready to step up
Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (Children & Young People) or working towards
Proven leadership experience within a Childrens Residential setting
Passionate about improving outcomes for young people with EBD
Full UK driving licence
