Bridgend Regeneration Programme Manager

37 hours per week - Permanent

We are looking for a highly dynamic individual who has experience of working on large regeneration sites or programmes. If you are someone who can make things happen and are able to demonstrate your ability to drive a large capital development programme forward, we want to hear from you.

This is an exciting opportunity overseeing transformational regeneration work in Bridgend town. Looking at a mixed-use regeneration programme, we are keen to bring on board an individual with experience of working with the public, partners and developers. This post will be the principal driver for the delivery of this programme, looking at master planning, strategic acquisitions, capital investment and engagement, to ensure that the aspirations of the Council and partners are realised and that transformation is visible and beneficial across the Town.
