Digital Marketing Manager - Full Time
Salary: £45,088 - £51,413 pa depending on knowledge and skills
The Courtauld advances how we see and understand the visual arts, as an internationally renowned centre for the teaching and research of art history and a major public gallery. Founded by collectors and philanthropists in the 1930s, the organisation has been at the forefront of the study of art ever since, through advanced research and conservation practice, innovative teaching, the renowned collection and inspiring exhibitions of its gallery, and engaging and accessible activities, education and events.
This is an exciting time to join the Courtauld. We are expanding into new areas of scholarship, growing our gallery programme, widening access to our teaching and research and embarking on a capital programme to build a world-class campus at Somerset House that will reunite the work of the Courtauld Gallery and Institute into one state-of-the-art facility.
The role
We are looking for a highly motivated, strategic and creative Digital Marketing Manager to join the Courtauld's Marketing and Communications team. This role will help to drive engagement in our work through expanding our digital reach and developing compelling content that will exemplify our brand philosophy of 'look deeper, see further.'
You will have a deep understanding of our digital platforms, including social and email, and advocate for the needs of our online audiences, collaborating with colleagues across all departments to unearth stories and ideas and translate them into realised content. A keen eye for detail, a strong visual sensibility and excellent written communication skills are essential to this role.
The successful candidate will be able to translate data points into meaningful user insights that, in turn, refine our digital marketing strategies.
