Energy Account Manager
Birmingham (Hybrid - 2 days in office)
Full-time (Monday-Friday)
Salary: 25,000 - 28,000 (depending on experience)

A growing, purpose-driven utilities organisation is looking for an experienced Energy Account Manager to join its Customer Operations team, managing key B2B clients and delivering outstanding service.

The Role:

  • Act as the main contact for strategic B2B customers and partners
  • Manage queries end-to-end, ensuring timely resolution
  • Collaborate across teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
  • Produce regular customer reports and insights
  • Lead client review meetings and maintain strong relationships

What We're Looking For

  • B2B customer service or account management experience within the Energy industry
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities
  • Confident using Excel
