Production Operative - Alton - 13ph - Temp to Perm

TeamJobs is working with a well-established local company based in Alton who are looking for a Production Operative to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands-on on the production floor and ensuring high standards of quality are maintained.

A typical day in the role of a Production Operative includes:

• Quality inspection/assurance
• Conducting GMP and quality checks across production lines
• Product sampling and hygiene audits
• Printing and checking labels, maintaining product traceability
• Monitoring processes and identifying any errors to ensure standards are met

Shift times, pay & working hours for this Production Operative role:

• Monday to Friday, 6:00am - 3:00pm
• Full-time, 13 per hour
• Temp to Perm opportunity
• Due to the location and shift times, you will need your own transport

This Production Operative role requires:

• Confidence and strong attention to detail
• Previous quality experience is beneficial, further training will be provided
• Ability to work on the production floor in a cold environment
