This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at Wakehurst, Kew's Wild Botanic Garden in Sussex, in the newly established role of Membership Manager. This role will put you at the forefront of growing and shaping our vibrant membership scheme at a moment of real transformation.
Harnessing new CRM insights, you'll boost acquisition, enhance retention, and create standout experiences for our most loyal supporters. From shaping compelling membership products to sharpening customer journeys and delivering high impact campaigns, you'll champion membership across Wakehurst and Kew-driving innovation, inspiring colleagues, and unlocking new opportunities for growth.
We are seeking an experienced membership professional with a proven track record of leading or developing successful membership or loyalty schemes, driving acquisition and retention, and delivering strong commercial outcomes. You will bring robust project and budget management experience, including financial modelling, KPI delivery, reporting, and working with CRM systems and complex data sets. Highly organised and analytical, you can translate data into insight and action, manage multiple stakeholders, and deliver at pace. Commercially astute and solutions focused, you build collaborative relationships, navigate competing priorities diplomatically, and proactively identify opportunities to improve performance and grow income. Experience in relevant sectors and with external agencies is advantageous.

This role is based at Wakehurst with the option of regular home working, subject to operational requirements.
